New colour clients start with a TONE Blueprint (Colour only) or (Signature); a new restyle starts with a TONE Blueprint (Haircut only) or (Signature).

A card is required on file for all bookings, and every booking needs a deposit, which comes off your final total: 30% for hair services, 50% for the TONE Blueprint and colour analysis.
Cancel within your notice period and you lose your deposit: 48 hours for appointments under 3 hours, 72 hours for 3 to under 5 hours, and 5 days for 5 hours or longer.
No-shows are charged the full appointment amount to the card on file. Full policy
